On my first stay, staff helped me find spots with good exchange rates, which I remember fondly. Cansu, my personal assistant, exceeded all expectations! Highly recommend this hotel. I'm coming back for another trip.

We had an incredible time! From the stunning views to the super friendly staff, everything was on point. Birşah was our go-to for making dinner reservations, and Neilou at the spa totally pampered us on our anniversary. Dinner options were fab, just expect to pay for the quality. Just wish the spa pricing was clearer.

Dining options were a letdown, with exorbitantly high prices for everyday items—9€ for a Coke is pushing it, especially when breakfast in-room incurs a 10€ service fee per person. The overall quality at the on-site restaurants didn't justify the high prices either. the meals often felt basic at best.

The staff were mostly friendly and eager to assist, particularly my Guest Experience Ambassador who was responsive on WhatsApp. Breakfast included a wide array of delicious options that catered to both Turkish and international tastes. The spa treatments were top-notch, providing a serene escape. However, dining was a letdown. Prices felt inflated for the quality offered. I experienced slow service during brunch and found the menu too limited and unoriginal for fine dining standards. Additionally, some items I ordered were either forgotten or poorly prepared. I was also surprised by the hidden VAT charges that increased my final bill significantly. The management should focus on enhancing the dining experience to match the hotel's high standards.
